ACCESS PLATFORMS

SX Engineering are proficient in the production of access platforms. We have manufactured and installed access / egress equipment across many sectors in the last decade. These include; mobile access stairs & platforms, large system platforms, stairs with integrated features such as protected loading / unloading bays, overhead lifting / hoisting beams for product handling etc.

We can supply these in a range of configurations and finish options such as: Fully polished, partly polished, bead blasted, open grid ball proof decking, tread plate etc. Often to suit specific client / site standards matching existing in their plants in other territories. All our stainless structural assemblies are supplied with CE marking “DOP” in accordance with EN1090 requirements and are fully compliant with relevant BS standards and Irish Building Regulations. With a full documentation package supplied on completion including all relevant certs for material and weld procedures, welder qualifications and NDT reports.

We are a member of the Irish Association of Steel Fabricators and are one of the first companies specialising in stainless steel structural components to be compliant with EN1090 since its first introduction in 2015.
